These one-day sessions are designed to teach you the basics in gardening. Ideal for beginners or those who want to pick up tips on how to grow and cultivate plants. Budding chefs and potential cooks might also find it helpful as I’ll go over many of the common herbs, spices and edible plants you could grow to cook in your kitchen. We’ll cover a bit of propagation, a spot of pruning and have a chat about how to look after your plants in an easy yet sustainable way. The day includes a tour of my garden at Torre Abbey in the spectacular walled garden by the sea on the English Riviera.
